CHANTRY BOOK (Book of Remembrance)
Thanks to a donor’s generosity, we now have a Chantry Book (or Book of Remembrance) in which people are remembered on the anniversary of their death. The Book is for people in Castle Vale to remember their loved ones and for people with a connection to the Vale to be commemorated. Anyone can apply for an entry to be made but the person
remembered must have a connection with the Vale (for example, they lived or worked here or their funeral was conducted by one of St Cuthbert’s clergy). There are more details on the order form which is available on request from the church.
