The Parish Church of St Cuthbert of Lindisfarne, Castle Vale
Like any church, we are built on worship. Below, you will find details of our regular services as well as the services that people need at various times in their lives. For special services or seasons, please see our News page.
If you have any questions, please contact the clergy, or you might like to look at the Church of England website.
Our Church Services
The Mass (Holy Communion or the Eucharist) is our main service celebrated on Sundays at 10.30am..  See the NewsSheet for other weekday services.

The Church is there for every part of life: at baptism, marriage and for funerals. But there are also other times when people might feel the need to come to God: confession (the sacrament of reconciliation) is when people freely tell God what troubles them and hear his absolution, some people wish to have their new homes blessed, and others wish to hold a service to remember someone special. All of these services can be discussed with the clergy of the parish - see our contacts page.

Chantry Book
Sometimes when someone has died something is needed after the funeral. At St Cuthbert’s we offer a service for the people of Castle Vale where they can remember their loved ones in our Chantry Book (or Book of Remembrance). Please click here for more details.
